ANKHA Fashion and AI4Purpose Inc. are proud to announce a strategic partnership to co-develop a new luxury bags brand, blending timeless elegance with cutting-edge innovation. This collaboration marks the beginning of a visionary journey to redefine luxury fashion through creativity, purpose, and global reach.

By linking "7,000 years" to Egypt's heritage and craftsmanship, the sophisticated handbags will be geared towards global markets.
Partnership Leadership
Under the terms of a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Ms. Noha Mahmoud, Chief Executive Officer, ANKHA Fashion, and Dr. Kelly H. Zou, Chief Executive Officer, AI4Purpose Inc., will serve as co-designer and co-owners of the brand inspired by Egyptology and technologies.
Together, they bring a powerful fusion of strategic leadership and creative ingenuity by drawing inspiration from ancient Egyptian heritage and modern technology.
- Noha Mahmoud will lead the brand's strategic direction, identity, business development, and operations, drawing on her deep expertise in luxury branding and entrepreneurship.
- Dr. Kelly ("Kel") H. Zou, a trailblazer in artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven innovation, design, and execution, will contribute as creative co-designer, spearheading product development, branding collaboration, and market outreach.

Special features for the handbag lines include:

The initial line of several handbag models is inspired by ancient Egyptian artisanship, designed in Austria, and manufactured in Italy.
Moreover, AI can be used in materials research, predictive fashion analytics, personalization, preferences, or sustainable production through materials, processes, or supply-chain practices.
Collaborative Governance
The co-founders will jointly oversee key decisions related to product design, marketing, partnerships, and expansion strategies, as well as sourcing, supply chain and manufacturing. Both companies share commitment to excellence and innovation will shape every aspect of the brand's development and global representation.
All intellectual property—including designs, logos, brand name, and products—will be jointly owned by Ms. Mahmoud and Dr. Zou as co-inventors, ensuring a collaborative and equitable foundation for growth. Financial arrangements and equity distribution will be formalized in a forthcoming Shareholders' Agreement.
The MOU outlines strict confidentiality protocols and a mutual understanding of governance under the applicable laws globally and locally.
